Spiral Finned Tubes for Heat Exchanger Applications
Ideal for aftercoolers, air coolers/heaters, charge air chillers, condensers, convection/electric/immersion heaters, evaporators, fluid/gas/hydrogen coolers, heat pipes, industrial tumble dryers, intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, refrigeration systems, solvent recovery units, and steam-to-air heat exchangers.Fin-to-Tube Bonding
Fins (solid or serrated) are helically wound and continuously welded to the tube using high-frequency electric resistance welding. This creates a clean, homogeneous, permanent bond—without any filler material—ensuring efficient heat transfer and strong corrosion resistance.

Tube Bending
Our finning machines feature inline single or duplex cold‑bending equipment that processes both tube ends in one operation, guaranteeing precise alignment. We can bend bare or finned tubes from 31 mm to 76 mm in diameter.

Corrosion Protection
Optional protective coatings are available for external finned surfaces. Our engineers are ready to help tailor the design to your specific requirements.
